After scholarship submission the Gap Year Program committee will review and select awardees.

    Apply

    VISA, vaccination, lodging arrangement, language course registration and other preparations take time, so you need to submit your application as early as possible (At least 3 months prior to the desired start date).

    Interview

    Gap Year Program official will interview you online to understand your needs and interests, and address your questions. Following this interview, Gap Year Program officials will contact a potential host chapter(s) for matchmaking.

    Meeting(s) with a hosting chapter leader

    Gap Year Program official will arrange a meeting(s) with the host chapter leader to design a personalized Gap Year Program. Both applicant and host will get to know each other and discuss about all the details of Gap Year Program.

    Scholarship Notice

    Those who apply for Gap Year Program Scholarship will receive a notice from the committee.

  • 5

    Preparation and Departure

    The applicant makes all necessary preparations in time for his/her departure.
